Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a C-cruise vehicle.
On August 5, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.231% during blood transfusion 00:20 on August 5, 2017, and proceeded along one lane along the south distance from the southwest-gu, Daejeon, with the two-lane road located at 67-gil, south-gu, Daejeon.
In this case, the driver had a duty of care to safely drive and prevent the accident by safely manipulating the steering side and the steering gear to the left side where the center line of the yellow-ray is installed.
Nevertheless, when the Defendant was negligent in driving beyond the median line due to influence of drinking and was negligent in driving beyond the median line, the Defendant was forced to rapidly move the Defendant’s vehicle along the two lanes opposite to the direction of the car driving by the victim D(44 years) of the two-lane opposite to the direction of the car driving by the Defendant. According to the one-lane of the above opposite part of the road, the G mother-learning car driven by the victim F(W6 years old), which was driven by the said SM6 passenger vehicle, was driven by the victim F(n, 28 years old) who was going through the said SM6 passenger vehicle, and was driven by the said SM6 passenger vehicle in front of the rear part of the passenger vehicle that was rapidly scheduled as above.
After all, the Defendant suffered, by the above occupational negligence, the injury to the victim D, such as salt, tensions, etc. in need of approximately two weeks of treatment, and the injury to the victim F, which requires approximately six weeks of treatment, respectively.
