Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On May 11, 2014, at around 12:50 on May 11, 2014, the Defendant assaulted the victim C (72 years of age) of the instant building with the snow part of the snow part in the front of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Building without any justifiable reason.
