1. The Defendant’s KRW 57,825,005 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate from May 8, 2009 to October 28, 2009, and the following.

1. On October 28, 2009, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendant for personnel expenses claim against the Incheon District Court Branch Branch of the Incheon District Court. On October 28, 2009, the Busan District Court rendered a judgment in favor of the Plaintiff to the effect that “the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 57,825,005 with interest of KRW 57,825,000 per annum from May 8, 2009 to October 28, 2009, the amount of KRW 5% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment, and the amount of KRW 20% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment.” The above judgment became final and conclusive as it is.

The Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit to extend the extinctive prescription of claims based on the foregoing final judgment.

2. Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) and (1) of the Civil Procedure Act of the judgment based on the recommendation of confession.
