Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On July 30, 2015, the Defendant leased heading H, I, J, and K of the “Yansan-gu G shopping district” (hereinafter “instant lease portion”), and the term of lease was set from August 15, 2015 to August 15, 2017, and the deposit was set at KRW 7.3 million per month for the first day, and the deposit was set at KRW 10 million per month.

B. Around September to October 2015, F Co., Ltd. divided and sold the instant lease agreement to the Plaintiffs and completed the registration of ownership transfer immediately thereafter. At that time, the Plaintiffs agreed to succeed to the status of the lessor of the said lease agreement with the Defendant, while setting aside the existing deposit and monthly rent individually as follows.
C. On February 2, 2019, L, the Defendant’s seat, continuously operated the instant tasks, and delivered the instant tasks to the Plaintiffs again.
