On May 26, 2013, at around 03:55, the Defendant driven B K3 cars within a 1 kilometer from the street from the Guro-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul to around 453-24, Gangdong-gu, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.173%.
