1. On July 12, 2017, at around 20:30 on July 12, 2017, the Defendant, as to the victim B, obtained alcohol and service equivalent to KRW 200,000,00 from the victim B, by committing an act as if he were to pay the alcohol value, even though he did not have cash or a settlement card and did not have any intent or ability to pay the alcohol value, and by deceiving the victim as if he were to pay the alcohol value, and by deceiving the victim, he was provided with alcohol and service equivalent to KRW 20,00,000 from the victim.

2. On July 20, 2017, the Defendant, at around 23:20 on July 20, 2017, obtained the victim E with alcohol and service equivalent to KRW 200,000,00, in total from the victim E, even though the Defendant did not have a cash or a settlement card and did not have any intent or ability to pay the alcohol value because he did not have any cash or a settlement card, by deceiving the victim while acting as if he would pay the alcohol value.
