Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of B-II cargo vehicles.

On January 30, 2015, the Defendant driven an above cargo vehicle around 16:00, and got a U-turn in order to drive a four-lane road in the middle of the Yancheon-si, Yan-si, Yan-si, Yan-si, Yan-si, Yan-si, Yan-si, Yan-si, Yan-si, Yan-si, Yan-si.

Since there is a road that has a division cost in the form of a group, there was a duty of care to make an accurate internship in accordance with the new subparagraph at the place where the driver is allowed to make a U.S. driver.

Nevertheless, the Defendant was negligent in breaking the center line by using a crosswalk installed with a separation line between the center of the fleet, and was driven by the victim D(54) who was driving on the right side of the vehicle driving by the Defendant along the two-lanes from the direction of the opposite side of the course to the right side of the vehicle driving by the Defendant.

Defendant 1 suffered, by such occupational negligence, injury to the victim D, such as a spathal, etc. of an infant requiring approximately four weeks of treatment, injury to the victim F (n, 76 years of age) who is a passenger of the said car, and injury to the victim F (n, the passenger of the said car), such as an external brain fladying, an injury to the victim G (n, the 53 years of age) requiring approximately two weeks of treatment, and injury to the victim H (the 81 year of age), such as a spathal flady, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment.
