Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Notwithstanding the revocation of a driver’s license from April 13, 2013, the Defendant driven a vehicle owned by himself/herself without a driver’s license on April 13, 2013, around 08:55, around approximately 2 km from his/her house to the front road of the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Eunpyeong-dong Claim Hospital, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, and around 1401.
