1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 85,394,190 and KRW 84,398,770 among these costs. From April 1, 2020 to April 29, 2020.

The cause of the plaintiff's claim is the same as the attached Form 2, and it can be recognized by considering Gap's evidence 1 to 8, and facts without dispute, the whole purport of the pleading.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 85,394,190 won and 84,398,770 won among them with 10% per annum under the agreement from April 1, 2020 to April 29, 2020, which is the service date of the original copy of the payment order of this case, and 12% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of full payment.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is justified and accepted.
