A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of one million won or more as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act on May 14, 2008, and a fine of 3.5 million won or more as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (free license) on December 2, 2009. On April 6, 2011, the Gwangju District Court sentenced six months to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and a violation of the Road Traffic Act (Free License) at the Gwangju District Court's Net Branch on July 7, 201, and issued a summary order of five million won or more as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (free license) at the Busan District Court's Net Branch on July 7, 2014.

On August 9, 2015, the Defendant, around 19:19:19, driven a B rocketing car owned by the Defendant without obtaining a driver’s license from around 1km section from the mutually influent mountain zone, which is located in the clean-up zone of the same area, to the influent path of the same area.

On October 19, 2015, the Defendant, around 10:35, 2015, driven a B rocketing car owned by the Defendant without obtaining a driver’s license from around 1 Km section of approximately 1 Km from the front day of the Madun apartment-dong, Mad-dong, Mad-dong, to the third day of the Dong gas station in the same Dong.
