A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is active as a member of the Cheongju-gu Cheongju-gu Cheongju-gu Cheongju-gu Dam(D).

At around 12:05 on January 16, 2016, a complaint was filed against the deprivation of membership, and brought 1.7 liters in D's right, and requested D's return to membership for D's total victims, etc. who are conducting an ordinary general meeting at D's meeting room at around 15:57 on the same day, and requested D's return to membership, which was requested by the D's general E's meeting room at around 15:57 on the same day. It brought 1.7 liters in the meeting room to be 1.7 liters in the object of rejection, and caused L's flames using L's body and floor in the 35 number of members.

As a result, the defendant prepared for the purpose of setting fire to existing buildings of E, etc.

2. On January 16, 2016, from around 15:57 to around 16:24, the Defendant: (a) at the D conference room; (b) at the Cheongju Police Station F District of the Cheongju Police Station, which received 112 reports and sent out, prevented the Defendant; (c) thereby benching the bench on the floor of the conference room, and repeatedly threatened the Defendant by 10 other hand, causing the fencing of the dog by bencing the bencing of the benc.

In this respect, the defendant carried benent substances, which are inflammable substances, and interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers for the maintenance of order.

1. Of concurrent crimes, the former part of Article 37 and Article 38(1)2 of the Criminal Act are applicable;
