On December 21, 2012, around 19:40 on December 21, 2012, the Defendant driven Bone Starex bus under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.064% at approximately 4km from the 4km section to the 482-23 front of the new forest-dong, Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
