Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 50,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 25,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 16, 2016, around 16:41, the Defendant died without paying a fee in the subway No. 359 (Pemandong) station of Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-ro 359 (Pemandongdong).

As a result, the defendant did not neglect the value without any justifiable reason on board the electric vehicles for business use.
