All appeals are dismissed.

The grounds of appeal are examined.

1. Examining the reasoning of Defendant B’s appeal in light of the evidence duly admitted by the first instance court, which maintained the reasoning of the lower judgment, the lower court was justifiable to have determined that Defendant B was guilty of violating the Act on the Collection and Use of Donations among the facts charged in this case against Defendant B, on the grounds indicated in its reasoning. In so doing, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, the lower court did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence, by exceeding the principle of statutory punishment, presumption of innocence, and by misapprehending the legal doctrine regarding

Examining the reasoning of the lower judgment in light of the evidence duly admitted by the lower court as to Defendant E’s grounds for appeal, the lower court was justifiable to have determined that Defendant E was guilty of this case’s facts charged (excluding the portion not guilty of the grounds for appeal) on the grounds indicated in its reasoning. In so doing, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, the lower court did not err by exceeding the bounds of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine

3. Examining the reasoning of the judgment of the court below in light of the records, it is just to reverse the judgment of the court of first instance which acquitted Defendant A, C, and D on the ground that there is no proof of crime as to the obstruction of exercise of rights among the facts charged in this case against Defendant B and the facts charged in this case against Defendant B, and to reverse the judgment of the court of first instance which found Defendant E guilty on the ground that there is no proof of crime as to the collection of donated money to AJ among the facts charged in this case against Defendant E, and to find the Defendant not guilty on the ground of the appeal
