Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who cultivates and sells red spawn in Gyeonggi-si B.

A person who sells agricultural products shall observe the residual pesticide standards in compliance with the food standards and specifications.

Nevertheless, at around December 7, 2015, the Defendant violated the residual pesticide standards by cultivating, selling, and distributing red gags detected over 0.02mg/km over 0.07mg/km, which is the permissible level of 0.07mg/km, on a pesticide residues, the remaining pesticide.
