A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 12, 2007, the Defendant obtained permission for installation of a milch farm breeding facility, which is a livestock excreta discharging facility, on a 662.86 square meters on the land B in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, 2007, and filed a report on alteration of waste-generating facility on May 30, 2013 to 962.8 square meters.

Where a person who has obtained permission for discharging facilities intends to increase the size of discharging facilities by at least 50/100, he/she shall obtain permission for change from the head of a Si/Gun/Gu, and shall not raise livestock using discharging facilities without obtaining such permission for change.

Nevertheless, from around 207 to July 2013, the Defendant installed a stable with a size of 2,229.05 square meters in total (1,266.19 square meters for unauthorized extension) by changing the existing area of composts and warehouses without obtaining permission for alteration on the above land from around 2007 to the stable, and expanding part of the connection part, and raising milch sucks in each of the above discharge facilities from July 7, 2014.
