1. The Defendant: 36,00,000 won to Plaintiff A; 35,00,000 won to Plaintiff B; 18,886,550 won to Plaintiff C; and 21,351 to Plaintiff D.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. As the provisions on statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings were promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019, the said statutory interest rate was 12% per annum from June 1, 2019, and the said statutory interest rate was recognized only as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from June 1, 2019, and the exceeding portion is dismissed.
