A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 30, 2015, around 15:30, the Defendant driven a wing-in freight vehicle B without the driver’s license from approximately 40 meters section from the mutual unscambferer front to the front road of the transmitting mine located in the same Ri, which is located in the Republic of Korea.
