Reasons
Criminal facts
C and D are married couples residing in E apartment F, Defendant A, and Defendant B, who reside in the same apartment G, and there was a dispute with noise between ordinary stories.
On September 29, 2017, the Defendants: (a) in the front park of the Cheongju-si E apartment building Ha, a considerable area of Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, and (b) on the ground that the above floor was damaged by the upper floor of the Defendant A while the appraisal was accumulated due to noise between the upper floor of the Cheongju-si; (c) on the ground that the above floor was damaged by the above floor, the Defendants sent the ceiling to golf loans; (d) the dispute with C and the buphonephone, “the front park;” and (e) the Defendant B was in Sif-si, while the Defendant A called the Defendant A as “I write down each letter,” and the Defendant B was in Sif-si, the head of the victim D (nick, 40 years of age) was skeing the head of the victim, and the facts charged following the victim’s oral charge were “the original buckbucks,” but the victim’s statement, etc. cannot be seen as identical to the Defendants’ exercise of defense right.
