Defendant
A shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won and by a fine of 700,000 won, respectively.
The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A around March 10, 2015, around 14:46, around Incheon-gun E, and around the road use problems with the victim and the victim B (68 years of age) around the residence of the victim, Defendant A brought the victim over the floor by making the victim’s breast part of the victim’s chest by his/her finger hand over one time with his/her finger hand.
As a result, the defendant A puted the victim with approximately two weeks of treatment.
2. Defendant B
A. On March 11, 2015, Defendant B interfered with the victim’s new housing construction work by force, such as: (a) placing the relevant road on the roads in front of his/her own residence, which brought about wood, pents, and fingers, etc. on the Korean-style plate of the road on the grounds that the said road is owned by himself/herself; and (b) preventing the construction business operator who entered into a contract with the victim for construction work from entering the land of the victim, by carrying building materials and preventing the victim from entering the land.
2) On March 14, 2015, Defendant B: (a) brought a brick cover on the road in front of the above residence for the said reasons on the Korean-style plate on the road; and (b) prevented a construction business operator who entered into a contract with the victim from carrying building materials and from entering the land of the victim by force; and (c) obstructed the victim’s new construction business.
3) On March 21, 2015, Defendant B: (a) brought a brick cover of the road in front of the above residence on the same ground; (b) thereby preventing a construction business entity from carrying the building materials and from entering the land of the victim, Defendant B interfered with the victim’s new housing construction business by force.
4) Defendant B, on April 3, 2015, by bringing about the fences and a warning of traffic prohibition on the same ground on the road in front of the above residence on April 18:30, 2015, Defendant B, who entered into a contract with the victim A, carries the construction materials and enters the land of the victim.
