A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a juvenile game providing business under the trade name of "C" on the first floor of the building B in Busan Dong-gu.

No game products related business entity shall promote speculation by paying free gifts exceeding 5,000 won at the consumer's selling price for all game products.

Nevertheless, on May 7, 2019, the Defendant paid 19,200 won of 'UMI-3369S Radio bridge', 19,700 won of 'DWH-2010 won of Handbags' in the above game room and promoted speculation by displaying free gifts.
