Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 200,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The driver of any motor vehicle shall correctly operate the steering system, brakes and other devices of his/her motor vehicle and shall be prohibited from driving his/her motor vehicle at a speed or in such a manner that may cause any danger and impediment to other persons, depending on the traffic conditions of the road and the structure

In addition, no driver shall open the door of the motor vehicle or get off the motor vehicle without verifying the safety of the motor vehicle, and he/she shall take necessary measures to prevent his/her passengers from causing any danger to traffic.

The Defendant is a person engaged in urban bus driving service.

On January 13, 2013, at around 05:40, the Defendant temporarily stopped the bus at the street in front of the bus stops located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Incheon, and caused the injury of the bus entrance by having the said passenger by operating the bus in a safe manner, and without properly examining whether the passenger D (V, 43 years old) was on board only one part of the three-dimensional stairs of the bus entrance, and before the said passenger was fully boarding the bus, the Defendant operated the bus entrance by operating the bus door immediately without properly examining whether the said passenger was safely boarding the bus.

Accordingly, the Defendant did not confirm the safety of passengers, and operated the closed door system, thereby violating the duty of safe driving and the duty of driver's compliance.
