Defendant
A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 2,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.
The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. On January 1, 2018, the Defendant received, even though he/she was aware that one copy of the resident registration certificate owned by the victim D, who was stolen by him/her from her from her her her her her her her her her her her her her C in Busan-gu, Busan-gu, but kept the stolen by her her her her her her her her
B. At around 10:00 on April 26, 2018, the Defendant acquired one copy of the G body card, which is the victim F, in the north-gu, Busan, and did not follow necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim. (2) On April 30, 2018, the Defendant embezzled one copy of the G credit card, which was owned by the victim J, in his/her own possession, on his/her own idea, without undergoing necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim. (3) At around 18:40 on April 30, 2018, the Defendant embezzled one credit card, which was owned by the victim J, on his/her own, and without undergoing necessary procedures such as returning it to the victim.
C. On April 26, 2018, the Defendant violated the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, at around 12:23, 2018, in paying subway charges in the document subway station located in Busan-dong, Busan-dong, the Defendant, without authority, entered the relevant information, such as the card number, etc., of F-owned G body card, which is an information processing unit managed by the Victim Busan-do Transport Corporation, into the subway fare terminal, and processed the information by accessing the said card, and used the subway, thereby acquiring and using the lost card. D. On April 30, 2018, the Defendant violated the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, presented the aforementioned information to the employees’ right to use tobacco, as stated in the list 4,500 won or less, and presented it to the employees’ right to use tobacco, as stated in the list 1,500 won or more, as stated in the above paragraph (1).
