1. The Defendant, among the land size of 373 square meters in Chungcheongnam-dong, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-dong, Chungcheongnam-do, shall in sequence indicate 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1 attached drawings.

1. The Defendant, without any title, constructed a building on the part 3.5 square meters inboard “A” which connects each point of the attached Form 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1 among the land size of 373 square meters in Chungcheongnam-dong, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, the Plaintiff-owned.

The defendant is obligated to remove the building installed on the land in the above part of the "A" and deliver the above part of the land to the plaintiff.

2. Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts (a judgment made by deemed as private capital);
