A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Seized evidence subparagraph 1 shall be forfeited from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 11:00 on July 11, 2014, the Defendant: (a) demanded that a public official affiliated with the Ethical Military Administration receive medical benefits to be provided to the recipients of basic livelihood; (b) requested that a public official affiliated with the Ethical Military Administration receive medical benefits to be provided to the recipients of basic livelihood; (c) that the Defendant would take a desire to do so; and (d) obstructed legitimate performance of official duties in relation to the administrative affairs of public officials by assaulting the said E, i.e., over three times the chest part of the chest part.

2. Special obstruction of performance of official duties: (a) the Defendant, who is excluded from recipients of basic daily life and is dissatisfied with the delayed payment of old age pension, prepared to put pigs and excreta contained in plastic bags in plastic bags; and (b) had excessive (16 cm in length) which is dangerous articles (16 cm in length) in newspapers, left back the back in newspapers, and had them protested against it.

At around 13:55 on September 26, 2014, the Defendant: (a) spreaded pigs excreta prepared in advance to the above E on the ground that the said public official E received another civil petition telephone and did not respond to the Defendant; and (b) was in line with the body of the above E on the ground that the said public official E received another civil petition telephone; and (c) was not responding to the Defendant.

The defendant continued to see the above E as one hand a dangerous article, which was in the back of the back, with the low-priced hand, and with the above E, “I will die. I will die.”

In this age, he/she has died of the same bomb and entered the bar;

In this respect, the defendant assaulted public officials and threatened them with dangerous objects, thereby hindering the legitimate execution of official duties.
