A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On January 28, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 3 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the Goyang Branch of the Cheongju District Court on January 28, 2010, and was notified of a summary order of KRW 1 million for the same crime at the Cheongju District Court on April 3, 2007.

At around 01:00 on December 3, 2014, the Defendant: (a) driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol of 0.163% in a state where normal driving is difficult; (b) driven the said vehicle on the front of the entrance of the F in U.S./U./U./U./U./U./U./U./U./U.//U././; and (c) neglected to perform the duty of U.S./U./U./U./U./U./U./U./U./U.//U./U./U./U./U././U./U./U./U./U./U./U./././U./U./U./U./U./U./U./U./U.

From around 00:55 on December 3, 2014, the Defendant driven a D low-speed car under the influence of alcohol by 0.163% without obtaining a driver’s license at a section of about 1km, up to the front day of the entrance of the F in the same Gu E, at around 01:00 on the same day, from the front day of the “Folk Village Point” located in the Pung-dong-dong Pungdong-dong, Manyang-si.

As a result, the Defendant violated the prohibition of drunk driving on more than two occasions without obtaining a driver's license, and once again drives a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol in violation of the prohibition of drunk driving.
