Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.

However, each of the above defendants is against the defendants for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[Basic Facts] On June 3, 201, the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs: (a) developed a site of 1,660,535 square meters in Seoul CDA; and (b) made a public announcement of designation, inspection, etc. of the said area as a planned district for the project of the SeoulF public housing zone; (c) on December 8, 2011, the said public announcement was made to a farmer who is unable to continue farming due to the implementation of the said public housing project; (d) paid a compensation amount for agricultural loss to those who engaged in farming in the said public housing zone before December 8, 201, which was before the date of the first public announcement of designation, as part of the measures for relocation and living; (e) from before the date of the first public announcement of designation of the zone; (e) from before the date of the first public announcement of designation, a person who continued residing in the said public housing zone and entered into an agricultural compensation agreement to move to the said area with the indemnity agreement; and (e) a person who did not receive the said compensation amount of 15 square meters;

【Criminal Facts】

The Defendants, upon having become aware of the foregoing circumstances, established the LAC office in Seoul, Seoul, Y, and K around August 2015, with G and H, and purchased a vinyl house from the farm owner who installed and actually cultivated a vinyl house after leasing the farmland located in the said public housing zone, and then sold the said vinyl by inviting disqualified persons who are qualified in the said public housing zone, even if they are not the actual cultivator, and then selling the said vinyl house by dividing it to the unqualified persons.
