Punishment of the crime

On July 11, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 07:11, 07:0, the Defendant: (b) was driving a D private taxi in front of an elementary school in Black-dong, Dongjak-gu, Seoul; (c) demanded the victim to follow the front number E vehicle without the destination; and (d) the victim was driving the vehicle to the front of the apartment house in front of the person who was in the vicinity of the completion station of Dongjak-gu, Seoul; and (c) the Defendant was able to take a bath on the ground that he did not drive as required.

Around 07:20 on July 11, 2017, the Defendant brought a dispute with the victim on the ground that the victim brought an objection against the Plaintiff, while taking a bath on the front of the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, on the ground that the Defendant: (a) brought an assault against the victim; and (b) the victim, who, in order to receive assistance from the nearby porting police station, brought a threat that the victim would drive a vehicle by driving the vehicle on a vehicle in order to take aid to the nearby porting station, and the Defendant, taking the victim into hand, threatened the driving by putting the driver on his/her hand, interfered with the victim’s face; (c) threatening the victim with the driver’s face; and (d) assault the victim in operating a taxi for business at that time, such as threatening the victim’s face.
