A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who serves as a social work personnel to discharge his duty of military service shall not desert from his service for at least eight days in total without justifiable grounds.

From January 21, 2013, the Defendant, while serving as a social work personnel in Naju Viewing C, was absent from service for at least eight days in total due to the Defendant’s failure to work without justifiable grounds, on July 4, 2013, on July 8, 2013, on September 9 (3) and March 5, 2014, on March 5, 2014, and on May 22, 2014.
