Punishment of the crime

On May 3, 2016, the Defendant, at around 00:10, operated the said car at a speed of about 20 km from the right side to the Do government, depending on the two-lanes in front of the apartment, in the condition that it is difficult to drive the car normally due to the influence of alcohol by 0.123% of the blood alcohol concentration.

In this case, the driver of the motor vehicle has a duty of care to drive the motor vehicle with the direction in advance when changing the vehicle line.
