The Plaintiff

A. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay KRW 24,313,747 and each year from January 1, 2020 to January 15, 2021.

1. Determination as to the Defendants’ claim for interest on loans

A. Fact-finding 1) On March 20, 2019, Plaintiff, D, and Defendants entered into a contract for the development of a site for electric source housing and new housing (hereinafter “instant contract”). According to the said contract, Plaintiff and D delegated the Defendants with land development and civil engineering construction. The Defendants paid the Plaintiff and D the purchase price of land at KRW 5 billion (the down payment of KRW 500 million shall be paid within 10 days after the first permission was granted) with a PF loan from the bank (Article 7(1) of the contract), and the Defendants agreed to pay the Plaintiff the interest of the G association that had already been granted a loan after the conclusion of the said contract (Article 7(2)2 of the contract), and the Plaintiff and D agreed to pay the contract deposit to the Defendants on August 9, 2019.

3) The sum of interest on loans to G unions accrued from March 2019 to August 9, 2019 when the contract was concluded between March 2019 and August 9, 2019 (i.e., interest on loans 2,294,71,71, 2,540,573, 2,502,72, 2,586,198, 2,502,72,586, 2,502,72,72,72,2,72,2,72,72, 2,778, 363,523,631,6312,728,728,63,67,378,97,397,978,97,97,97,97,97,367,97,97,00,000,00

B. According to the above facts of recognition 1, the Defendants jointly and severally agreed to pay to the Plaintiff the total amount of interest on G union loans amounting to 24,313,747 won and the Plaintiff’s claim on January 1, 2020, which is the date of the judgment of the court below, to January 15, 2021.
