Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On August 9, 2015, at around 20:20, the Defendant obstructed the performance of duties, such as passenger guidance, by assaulting the victim’s crew, on the ground that the victim B, a train crew member, purchased a seat boarding ticket and was in a special room, on the ground that the victim B, a train crew member, would use the passenger vehicle in a general room, on the ground that he/she was in a special room.
