1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 28,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from May 5, 2016 to the date of complete payment.

The Plaintiff loaned KRW 15 million to the Defendant on July 30, 201, and KRW 28 million on January 10, 201. The Defendant agreed on April 2, 201 to the Plaintiff on the repayment of KRW 28 million by October 30, 2014, etc., without any dispute between the parties, may be recognized by the statement in subparagraphs A and 3. As such, the Defendant is liable to pay the Plaintiff delayed payment calculated at the rate of KRW 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from May 5, 2016 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the day when the duplicate of the complaint was delivered to the Defendant, as the Plaintiff seeks, as the Plaintiff seeks, at the rate of KRW 28 million and the damages for delay calculated by 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
