Punishment of the crime

2. As described in paragraph 1, the Defendant, including a computer, opened a cell phone in the victim’s name, as described in paragraph 1. On January 18, 2020, at around 22:19, he opened a cell phone using a mobile phone with a large number of 174 times in total, including, but not limited to, a small sum of 4,091,873 won in total, from February 13, 2020.
