A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 10:00 on July 3, 2015, the Defendant: (a) acquired a set of street chip chips equivalent to KRW 1,500,000, the market price of the victim’s possession, which was the victim’s 1,500,000, located in the two main stations located in the Yangju-ro 919 at Yangju-si; and (b) acquired two street chips equivalent to KRW 800,000 at the market price.

The Defendant did not follow necessary procedures, such as returning the acquired property to the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.

2. The Defendant: (a) around 06:00 on July 12, 2015, the Defendant: (b) went under the influence of alcohol on the front side of Guro-gu Seoul, Guro-gu; and (c) took one of the three mobile phones at Samsung Gallon-si, the market price of the victim’s ownership on the side of the victim, which is equivalent to KRW 800,000.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

3. On July 17, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a gate which was not corrected for the first time in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on July 23:00; (b) opened a 104 room window in which the victim G resides; (c) opened a vegetable room in the vicinity of the victim G; and (d) removed a vegetable room (116 cm in length) in which the victim G resides; and (c) removed a vegetable room in the vicinity of the crime prevention window; and (d) removed a vegetable room in which the victim owned the victim, who was suffering from the vegetable site, one of the vegetable smartphone-phone 1,500 won in the market price owned by the victim; and (e) took one of the vegetable smartphone 1,500,000 won in the market price of 50,000 won in the market price.

Accordingly, the defendant abused the victim's property by intrusion upon the victim's residence.
