1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 71,378,729 and KRW 67,65,103 among them, 25% per annum from April 8, 2017 to the date of full payment.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On June 3, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a financial lease agreement with the Defendant on the Defendant’s and CNC electrical processing machine as follows.

Lease amount: 85,00,000 won: The overdue interest rate for 48 months: 25% per annum: 1,476,493 won per month.

B. After the above lease agreement, the Defendant lost the benefit of time due to the delayed payment of the lease fee, and on April 7, 2017, the amount of arrears as of April 7, 2017 is KRW 71,378,729 (= Principal KRW 67,65,103 KRW 3,713,626).

2. The defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the above amount of KRW 71,378,729 as well as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 25% per annum from April 8, 2017 to the date of full payment. Thus, the plaintiff's claim is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
