Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a motor vehicle B in high-priced car.
On September 11, 2016, at around 03:05, the Defendant proceeded along a two-lane road in front of Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, by one-lane from the side of the side to the other side of the market.
