1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

The details of the disposition are as follows: (a) the applicant’s nationality date of the Plaintiff’s entry into the Republic of Korea on March 19, 2015; (b) the visa exemption (B-1) the date of application for refugee status recognition (hereinafter “instant disposition”) on May 2, 2016; (b) the date of the application for refugee status recognition; (c) the date of the decision on September 27, 2016; and (d) there is no dispute over the grounds for recognition of the decision to dismiss the decision on April 21, 2017; (d) the facts that there is no ground for recognition of the decision to dismiss the decision on April 21, 2017; (e) the statements in subparagraphs 1, 2, 1 and 2; and (e) the purport of the entire pleadings

2. Whether the instant disposition is lawful

A. The plaintiff's assertion was born in the Dazistist as the Dazist.

In June of 2010, national disputes were occurred between Poscke and Posz in KIKOstan.

Accordingly, the Plaintiff moved to the Federation of Russia (hereinafter “ Russia”) around September 2010, and acquired Russia nationality around March 2014.

However, Russia has a threat to other people, such as business beecs of nationalism B, etc.

In addition, the Russtan government has sent business beeckers who participated in the Korean War, such as the Plaintiff, at the request of the Dazististian Government.

Accordingly, the plaintiff has been in the Republic of Korea since Russia.

As such, the Plaintiff’s return to Russia may not only be exposed to the threat of nationalism, such as B, but also be exposed to KIKO. Thus, the Plaintiff should be recognized as a refugee.

B. Article 2 Subparag. 1 of the Refugee Act provides that a foreigner may not be protected or does not want to be protected by the country of nationality due to well-founded fear to recognize that he/she may be injured on the grounds of race, religion, nationality, status as a member of a particular social group, or political opinion, or a foreigner who is unable or does not want to be protected by the country of nationality due to such fear to return to the country in which he/she had resided before entering the Republic of Korea.
