1. The Defendants are real estate listed in the separate sheet to the Plaintiff A Commercial Building Management Committee:
A. Attached Form 1(1).
Reasons
1. In full view of the purport of the entire pleadings in Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2 (including the virtual number), the plaintiff A Commercial Building Management Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Standing Management Committee") shall pay the defendants around December 10, 2013 the amount of KRW 365 square meters on the surface of the second floor in the attached list (lease deposit: KRW 10 million, monthly rent: KRW 600,000: KRW 600,00: From January 6, 2014; KRW 72 of "B" in the attached list, and KRW 100,000: KRW 10,000,000: KRW 10,000, KRW 100,000; and KRW 200,000,000, KRW 305,000,000, KRW 305,000,000, KRW 30,000,00).
Therefore, since the lease contract between the Plaintiff and the Defendants was terminated, the Defendants are obligated to deliver each of the above buildings to the Plaintiff Commercial Building Management Committee, barring special circumstances.
2. On the determination of the Defendants’ assertion, the Defendants asserted that since they invested approximately KRW 900 million in the above leased buildings, they cannot comply with the Plaintiffs’ claim before receiving the amount of money equivalent to the beneficial cost. However, the Defendants spent the beneficial cost.
the objective value of each of the above buildings is increased.
