Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 15,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person engaged in driving of BMW 320D cars in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving).

On December 28, 2016, around 21:15, the Defendant proceeded at the speed of the two-lanes in the direction of "D' in the direction of "D's aid movement reconcing cost" with the two-lanes in front of the D order.

In such cases, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle shall not drive a motor vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and has a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by safely driving the motor vehicle, such as reporting the traffic situation well, accurately manipulating the steering gear, etc.

As a result, the Defendant driving a motor vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to the influence of alcohol, and suffered injury such as salt ties, tensions, etc. of other parts of the 2 week medical treatment to the victim E, and suffered injury such as salt ties, tensions, etc. to the victim G (the 27 years of age) who is a passenger of the said A-to-pur vehicle, for about two weeks medical treatment.

The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) driving a BM 320D car in the state of alcohol alcohol content of about 3 km from the 3km section from the 1stm to the place indicated in paragraph (1) 1, at the time of the bM 321%, from the 3km section of the lower-frequency apartment road located in 337 Donpo-si, Sinpo-si (337 Donpo-si).
