1. Defendant B Co., Ltd.: (a) with respect to KRW 194,458,064 and KRW 94,458,064 among the Plaintiff, from July 1, 2015, and KRW 100,000.

Facts of recognition

The Plaintiff and Defendant B, a hotel consignment management contract between the Plaintiff and Defendant B, owned a building with the 18th floor above 594m2 in Jung-gu, Seoul and the 2nd floor above the ground (hereinafter “instant hotel”) and engaged in the business of entrusting the instant hotel.

On September 15, 2014, the Plaintiff received KRW 300 million per month from Defendant B (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant Company”) as commission fees, and entrusted the instant hotel management (hereinafter referred to as “instant entrustment contract”), and the contents of the instant entrustment contract relating to the instant case are as follows.
