Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Criminal facts

The defendant is the representative of E Institute in Kimhae-si, and the above E Institute was designated as an educational institution for the operation of small construction machinery by the Do governor on March 4, 1999.

1. The Defendant shall complete the education for less than 3t of the prescribed curriculum necessary to obtain a license for a small-sized construction machinery pilot, the total of 20 hours in theoretical 8 hours and 12 hours in practical skills, and the total of 6 hours in theoretical 6 hours and 6 hours in practical skills, respectively.

In order to ensure that students who did not complete the training course for small-sized construction machinery operation under the name of a driving school are issued with a certificate of completion of the training course in the name of a driving school and have the relevant license issued.

A. On September 17, 2017, the Defendant received 1.2 million won as tuition fees, and issued a certificate of completion of the education as if F completed all of the education, even though F did not complete the prescribed theoretical and operational training necessary to obtain a license for a click pilot with less than 3t in the above education institute.

In addition, on September 20, 2017, the Defendant had the Masan Member's Gu Office located in Changwon-si 63, which had the above F submit the certificate of completion of education issued as above to the public official in charge of the said F as if he were genuinely prepared, and obtained a construction machinery pilot's license (number: G) immediately.

B. On December 14, 2017, the Defendant paid KRW 1.2 million as tuition fees, and issued a certificate of completion of the education as if H completed all of the education, even though H did not complete the prescribed theoretical and operational training necessary to obtain a license for a click pilot with less than 3t students at the above driving school.

In addition, on December 15, 2017, the Defendant had the above H complete education issued as above at the Yecheon-gun Office of the Yacheon-gun, Yacheon-gun, Yacheon-gun, Yacheon-gun, Yacheon-do, 111.
