A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant causing property damage has been suffering from a dispute between the victim B and the victim C due to land boundary issues.

On June 20, 2015, at around 23:30 on June 20, 2015, the Defendant met the victim's residence and tried to enter the victim's house in order to resist the above land problem to the victim. On June 20, 2015, the Defendant attached several gates, which were installed in the above residence, to the extent that the repair cost is equivalent to KRW 8.50,00 on several occasions.
