Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, each of the above defendants is against the defendants for 3 years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

On September 2, 2018, A and Defendant B decided that the Defendants will engage in sexual traffic with the victim D (the victim, 12 years of age), victim E (the victim, 13 years of age) and sexual traffic through the smartphone case “C”. 1. Defendant A

A. Accordingly, the Defendant engaged in an obscene act against a child or juvenile and at the same time engaged in sexual abuse; (b) on September 21, 2018, the Defendant sent the victim’s chest from a family room where the number of the “Fel in Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, to the extent that it is not known; and (c) put the victim’s finger in his/her finger and her finger.

As a result, the Defendant committed sexual abuse that causes a child to feel obscene or sexual humiliation.
