1. After release, the Defendant had experienced money easily in the past due to lack of a certain occupation after release, and again, was committed in the “Ntp” (htp:/www.cafe.naver.com/joint venturerarara) on the Internet, which is one of the most valuable trading regions on the Internet.

The Defendant, around May 8, 2015, at the Defendant’s residence located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, reported the victim F’s wish to purchase the “Kameras (RX100mz)” posted on the Internet NVV, and contacted the victim with “380,000 won if deposited into the account.”

However, even if the defendant has received the payment from the injured party, he did not have the intention or ability to sell the goods.

As above, the Defendant, as well as by deceiving the victim, received KRW 380,00 from his national bank account (G) on the same day, and received KRW 16,897,200 in total from 84 victims to the national bank, our bank, Nonghyup Bank, and corporate bank account, as shown in the attached crime list (1) from May 4, 2015 to August 24, 2015.

2. On June 26, 2015, the Defendant: (a) visited the Internet NAVand the Republic of Korea, and (b) sought to purchase the 5100 Kamera posted by the Victim J; and (c) sent the goods to the victim “on the first hand if the goods are sent.”

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to sell the Kameras even if he did not receive the price of the goods because he did not have the Kameras.

The defendant deceivings the victim as above and is under the name of the defendant on the same day from the victim.
