Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding six million won.

Where the above fine is not paid, one million won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 28, 2011, the Defendant was issued a summary order of 1.5 million won of a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in Daegu District Court and its racing support on September 28, 201, and on February 12, 2013, the Defendant was issued a summary order of 5 million won of a fine for the same crime in the Daegu District Court and its Kimcheon Branch on February 12, 201.

On March 21, 2015, at around 23:23, the Defendant driven C rocketing car while under the influence of alcohol 0.23% alcohol concentration (blood collection) at a distance of about 100 meters from the front of the Walman Sea State, which is in the Guro-si, Sinsi, to the front road of the same Man-dong Library.
