1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months;

2.Provided, That the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 2015, the Defendant had been aware of the victim B (the age of 11) through a hosting ceremony on around 2015.

1. On October 2015, the Defendant: (a) sent the victim E from the D University dormitory located in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju, to the victim’s “a sexual photo affixed; and (b) sent the victim’s message “on the body of the body of the victim,” and sent the victim’s non-existence of the message “on the body of the victim,” and sent his sexual photograph.

As a result, the Defendant sent to the victim images that may cause a sense of sexual humiliation or aversion through telephone, mail, computer, or other communication media with intent to arouse or satisfy his or another person's sexual desire.

2. On October 2015, the Defendant: (a) demanded on the part of the Defendant to order the said victim to send a sound and anus photographic photo to E at the place under paragraph (1) of the Police Officers Act; (b) the victim did not refuse to do so.

The rejection was made.

Accordingly, the Defendant sent a photograph to the victim, “Apine”

The body was frightened by "to find it in the house," and the body taken of the victim's sound and the body of the resistance from the victim of the frighten fright, was transmitted to E.

As a result, the Defendant committed sexual abuse, such as sexual harassment, which causes a child victim to feel sexual humiliation.
