1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 21,080,60 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 1, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

1. From March 2014 to November 201, 2014, the Plaintiff seeking payment of KRW 21,080,600, out of the repair cost and the cost of parts, provided equipment repair services to the Defendant and provided parts.

2. Articles 208(3)1 and 257(1) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of the Acts: Provided, That the statutory interest rate under the former provisions of Article 3(1) main sentence of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sept. 25, 2015; enforced October 1, 2015; hereinafter referred to as “Act”) among damages for delay claimed by the Plaintiff, is in excess of the amount calculated at the rate of 15% per annum, which is the interest rate under the provisions of the Act, after October 1, 2015 (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”).
