1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 49,818,046 and the amount of KRW 48,198,266 from May 20, 2015 to the date of full payment.

1. On February 17, 2010, the Plaintiff: (a) on February 23, 2015, when the maturity date for payment of KRW 50,00,000 to the Defendant; (b) on February 23, 2015, the Plaintiff selected Article 3(2)2 of the General Terms and Conditions for Credit Transactions; (c) granted a loan in accordance with the interest rate applied by the Plaintiff; and (d) on May 20, 2015, the Defendant did not repay the remainder of the loan amount of KRW 48,198,266, overdue interest, overdue interest of KRW 1,619,78,780 as of May 20, 2015; and (d) thus, the Defendant paid the remainder of the loan and overdue interest of KRW 49,818,046 and the remainder of the loan amount of KRW 48,198,266 at the rate of delay damages applied by the Plaintiff at the present rate of 14.76% per annum.
