1. As to KRW 301,587,895 and KRW 100,432,457 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the interest rate from December 9, 2017 to the day of full payment.

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant, on April 7, 1993, transferred the claim against the Defendant of the Korea Exchange Bank and the Plaintiff (hereinafter “Korea Exchange Bank”) to the Defendant and the Plaintiff. The Defendant is the Korea Exchange Bank (hereinafter “Korea Exchange Bank”).

(2) On February 12, 2008, Korea Exchange Bank received an order to pay a credit card use amount of KRW 24% per annum from the Korea Exchange Bank on September 17, 2008 to the date of full payment, and on March 5, 2008, Korea Exchange Bank received an order to pay the credit card use amount of KRW 29,961,321 and KRW 28,934,781 from the Korea Exchange Bank to the date of full payment. The above order to pay the credit card use amount of KRW 24% per annum from January 17, 2008 to the date of full payment.

3) On June 28, 2013, the Korea Exchange Bank transferred the above claims to the Plaintiff. On June 23, 2014, the Plaintiff, who was authorized to notify by the Korea Exchange Bank, notified the Defendant on June 23, 2014. (b) The Defendant, a new card company (mutually L card Co., Ltd., Ltd., hereinafter “new card”) and SHC Management Co., Ltd., Ltd.
